Love being able to see a doc for minor issues in short order.
In this case though it did lead to an ER visit.
Major issue I experienced was no communication for a long time due to waiting on radiology to read CT Scan. I believe I could have been released and report provided once it was available.
To me this was not an urgent situation that I needed to wait around for.

worst doctor ever I have seen in my life , made my daughter condition very worst and sent her home while she was throwing non stop saying that there is no reason for me to make her stay in the hospital. didn't looked at the tests results In deep just said thy are negative. I would not recommend that Er to anyone
Staff
First and foremost were the entire staff, support, medical team. Friendly, polite, helpful and concerned. Second is the facilities are clean, look fresh and properly maintained.
Free parking is such a plus. No hassles when you are leaving, possibly with an “out patient” leaving late in the day. Top to bottom the commitment to quality care and a quality experience.

I liked that they called to pre-register me so all i had to do was sign a few consent forms at check-in.
The nurse who did my procedure was personable and explained everything that was going to happen. She made me feel very comfortable.

After visiting your Er facility I ended up having a miscarriage. I called because I was unable to access my patient portal to give them test results and the person who answered was very unprofessional and then after being on hold he came back and hung up the phone. I had told him everything. I’m not sure if he was advised to hang up or what but it was not right !
Attention to detail and calling beforehand to set expectations.
Friendly staff, they level set us on expectations regarding length of time out visit would take to complete. Also they were very knowledgeable in their field.
