Staff was very nice and very thorough in explaining procedures in detail. Very professional people that care about their patients and well being before being discharged from the hospital. I’m so blessed with the staff I had .
Great staff
The nurse that I had was really nice. Dr.Brockman came off as rude me and my boyfriend did not appreciate that. You could advise the Dr to be more kind.
My experience was absolutely awful from ER to discharge. There are kids working the on girl said she had only been doing for a year. I told her what pain and nausea medicine works best for me and she offered me morphine and then she offered me fentanyl which I said no to as well. They didn’t give pain meds, her first to give them to linked out because that vein was swollen, and Tereja said the line was fine, it wasn’t. They never even bothered to give me my pain medicine at all. I walked out with my son holding me up. I’ll NEVER GO TO centennial ever again. I need someone that runs the 2nd floor to contact.me I have more to share
We really liked Baylor Scott and White for our first kid delivery. They treated us like family. Special shout out to Carole and Shivotma from Nursery and Cecilia from the PostPartum ensures we and our little one taken care by going extra mile. Food services were also exceptional including all staff being friendly and caring. They gave us lot of baby and mom items to have a head start.
The staff at every level was so enjoyable it was super relaxing even though I was there for a surgery.
The labor and delivery and postpartum nurses were great! Shout out to Karen, Lesley, Suzanne, and Melissa!
The labor and delivery staff was amazing! The food was amazing way better than any other hospital I’ve been too.

BSW was like my second home. Our nurses were absolutely perfect, specifically Olivia and Linda (I’m not sure what their last names are). I ended up having to go back to the hospital after giving birth for postpartum preeclampsia and we were so excited to see them both! I have already recommended this facility to every pregnant friend I have. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
