The admin and nurse staff were great...however Dr. Dryden should not be working in ER. He saw me for 20 secs prior to my sonogram to check for a blood clot and didn't check my knee for any other trama. I had blisters that needed checking and I told him that as he walked by my room, but he never did. After the sonogram he never returned to explain the results or provide any further guidance. The nurse came in and prepared me for discharge at which time I learned there was no clot. I never saw him again. The ER lobby was empty so I don't think he was too busy. Bad experience for a person in lots of pain.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was over the top. I felt at ease from start to finish. The facility was also very clean.

We had an amazing experience. This was our first baby so we had no idea what to expect, and we had some amazing nurses who really made us feel cared for. Emely was a stand out in labor and delivery, we were lucky to have her for two nights and during the birth of our son. And she was an integral part of the whole process and in making me feel comfortable and cared for. All of our nurses in labor and delivery and postpartum were amazing and really helped us through the process.

Dr. Ricks and everyone in the OR Room, KC (L&D), Ashleigh (Post Partum) and Irene (Post Partum) were the only people that cared and did a flawless job. The nurses in Post Partum (other than the two amazing ladies mentioned), lacked empathy, concern and I had to hit the call button just for a rude lady to answer it and seem annoyed when I needed anything. Facility is amazing, staff is horrid.
