All staff is very friendly and prompt.
Outpatient surgery rooms felt too cramped and there was zero privacy. I did not like the fact we did not have our own rooms. Additionally, the post op area was so rushed. I was very dizzy and waiting for my husband to come pick me up and I felt rushed out, despite being in a great deal of pain. Finally, there was a man (either nurse or surgeon tech) who was incredibly rude and demeaning towards me as I was waking up from anestesia. I woke up in tears because of how bad I was hurting, and I told the man I was in pain but that I’m breastfeeding so I need to be careful about what pain medication I take. His response was an abrupt “I know you’ve told me that about 8 times already”. That was an insulting response given I have absolutely no recollection of him or mentioning that to him prior.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very concerned about me. It was all a great experience. The Best ER!!!!!
I have had several procedures at this facility & each time, I have found the staff to be organized, professional and very easy to deal with. This is true of every person I have encountered throughout the facility.
It is really nice to find an organization that provides across the board great customer service.
Friendly, efficient, beautiful facility
Everyone welcoming
The L&D designated care team was great.
Also, top notch food. I’ve delivered at another hospital in Dallas(a leading L&D hospital) and their food was not good at all.
Thank you for having a good menu and a delicious Celebration Dinner for we moms who have just been through a lot.
The delivery rooms are warm & spacious, too.
Super efficient, friendly staff, clean hospital
Pre-op(Rachel) and post-op(Macy) nurses were very friendly and wanted the best for you. Made sure you were comfortable and pleasant to work with.
Everyone was very nice and caring.
I received excellent care from every member of the staff. The environment was incredibly relaxing, and RN Tanner was especially helpful in keeping me calm. A fantastic team of doctors and professionals.
Responds promptly and treats me with respect and understanding.

Welcoming, kind and caring health team. Facilities are very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Keep it up
Didn’t prescribe strong enough meds to relieve the pain. After the shot I received in the visit wore off i was in pain although i had taken the ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. Had to visit my primary care physician too get the meds. Plus they were shocked on what was prescribed.
Other than that I did like the staff - they were all very nice and helpful.
Dr. Lee has the BEST bedside manner. He listens, answers questions, truly cares and is so compassionate.
The nursing staff ensured I was taken care of, explained all procedures.
The radiology team were kind, insightful, and ensured the very best results.
The front desk staff were on point and got me seen asap.
The whole team worked like a well o I led machine. AWESOME!!! THANKS TO EVERYONE!!!
I was seen right away. Staff was very pleasant.
Everyone was very polite and not rushed. Very important when going through these circumstances. Thank you
That all of the nurses heard my concerns and had great teamwork
No pre-procedure communication.

Came in for abdominal pain, was admitted within reason and taken back to a room fairly quickly. The first nurse tried to start an IV in my hand and instead of poking a vein, she dug around in the back of my hand and poked a nerve that still is extremely sensitive and my ring and pinky fingers go numb if pressure is placed on top of my hand or if i move in certain ways. The doctor never examined me, never did more than stand at the foot of my bed and tell me there's nothing wrong with me. I find this very unprofessional and when the discharge nurse told me the cost of visit, I was very surprised and shocked at the outrageous number presented for nothing more than toradol for the pain and some other oral medication that was not clearly communicated to me or my mother who accompanied me. Took over 30 minutes to be discharged while I could hear the nurses outside the door laughing and cackling while I waited helplessly to leave after this horrible experience. Would not come back if I was dying.
(1) The people. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. There wasn’t a single bad interaction that we had.
(2) The great care. Everyone hired was SO good and passionate at their job. Veronica was a spectacular L&D nurse and Latoya was the best lactation consultant I’ve ever met (and I’ve met many)
(3) The food. Hospital food has a bad reputation; however, there were many meals that I ate that surpassed restaurant food. It is something that I feel like most hospitals skimp out on cost-wise, but makes such a difference especially when you have something three times a day.
Doctor and nurse (African male nurse) was extremely rude. I didn’t let them know I’m a doctor myself and didn’t agree with such bedside manners. Terrible experience
Nice facility, pleasant, professional people.
Caring and co-operative staff
I don't know !!!
Rooms are large and open. The lobby is comfortable. Nursing staff is very prompt, and available for your needs. Very nice hospital.
The proximity to my home, the attentiveness of all the staff and the individualized care.

I did not have to wait too long to see a doctor. Everyone was friendly.
