generally low initial wait time, exceptionally personable staff

Staff members were phenomenal - Attentive, alert, responsive, and super friendly. Gave birth to my first child this week and the service was nothing like I’ve seen before in a hospital. Would recommend to anyone 100%

Great experience for my first surgery. Staff was very nice each step of the way. Everyone answered questions or found the answers. I had a very flawless, painless IV placed which I really appreciated placed by Kathleen. Thank you! Kecia was my pre op nurse who was great. Thank you to Dehae RN and Nicole too. Anesthesia was very nice and answered all of my questions and helped calm my nerves before my first general anesthesia. Thank you.

Staff was amazing
Every nurse genuinely communicates care and listens to your concerns attentively to offer solutions. Specifically - Dawn in L & D was with me every step of my delivery and I am incredibly grateful she was there. Keith also was so reassuring when helping insert my epidural.
I recently had surgery at Baylor, Scott and White. I received great care from start to finish. You can’t go wrong with Baylor, Scott and White facilities.

The nurses were amazing, the food was really good, doctors are polite and great, hospital is quiet, waiting area in the lobby is beautiful. Nourishment room was great for family and guests.

I had a very short wait time and all the medical staff were great!
I had to wait a hour and a half to be moved from the lobby. Then the Dr didn't meet me before the procedure. And after the oxygen in my noise was totally inflamed from the oxygen blowing in it. I asked her for some to help my nose. And she wouldn't give me anything for it. I was sick for a week from my nose. My head was totally stopped up. I will never use her again. Thanks for the help and the call you didn't make to check up (phone call).
Efficiency and informative
Listened to me, was quick to address my pain and figure out what was causing the pain. Amazing and attentive staff. They made an awful situation better.
