Was not informed by anyone at Doctor's office, BMCF, or the anesthesiologist PRIOR to surgery that I would not be able to drive home or hire a service to take me home. It was embarrassing, unprofessional and as a result I was not permitted to get the surgery I needed. It's my choice to hire a service unless BMCF is paying for it and no offer to do so was made. Bad form and bad business. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to fix an ingrown toenail.

The nursing care was awesome. Every single person was exceptional. Especially Taylor in postop to Amy in preop who was absolutely spectacular! Every one treated with me with kindness and empathy, they definitely deserve some type of recognition!

Service is proactive at this hospital. The facility is newer and clean. The staff is talented enough to please. i would give them 10 stars but i reserve such for folks like mother teresa and jonah salk.... We will be happy to visit here again if needed.

I had an emergency appendix surgery last Tuesday, and from the moment I stepped in the hospital, the front staff was amazing. The nurse and Mrs. Mattie were so kind to my husband and me. Dr. Aaron and the surgical team were fantastic. I want to thank y'all for everything. God bless.

I was taken care of so quickly. Tests run(CT scan) transfer staff were kind and efficient. My situation was explained clearly. The doctors were great! The best experience possible.
