The helpful and kind way we were greeted and checked in with cheerfulness from the front desk and then on into the pre-op by the staff and nurses who tended to me.

The staff and nurses are amazing!
I have never been to such an efficient ER! Dr. Cardenas and the nurse (wish I had gotten her name) were very attentive and explained everything they were doing. I needed X-rays and they were able to do them in the ER so there was no waiting taking me to another department.
I really appreciated how nice Dr. Cardenas was and he made sure I understood what was wrong and what I should do when I returned home.
I hope I don’t need the ER again but, if I do, I will go there!

I would like to say the service provided was absolutely the best I have ever experienced at a hospital. From the time I arrived at check in to the time I left, the service from everyone that I was associated with was great. I would recommend Baylor Scott to everyone that would ask me where to go for medical treatment or any medical issues. Thanks yo everyone there from the receptioniist, y o Tanner, to the procedure staff, recovery people, everyone else that helped me along the way!

All the nurses and doctors were very informative and answered all my questions. They were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Check in and wait process was easy. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Colonoscopy
All staff was very informative and supportive.
Everyone who took care of me and my baby from labor and delivery until my discharge knows what they are doing, very knowledgeable. Specially Jessica and Marqueza they keep me calm during labor, Stacy for taking care of our baby and for giving us very valuable education on how to take care of her. Olivia for very thorough discharge instructions.

Staff is always friendly and professional. I rarely wait when I arrive for an appointment, and if there is a wait, I am kept up to date on the status. All of the physicians have been very knowledgeable, helpful and caring.
