The doctor’s bedside Manor is terrible. Didn’t seem to generally care, and couldn’t get me out the door fast enough. Almost as though I was interrupting something else he wanted to do.
Everything! All of the employees were so nice and helpful. The facilities are up to date and I felt like they took great care of their patients!
The pre-op is very thorough which makes it easier on the procedure date. Also post op is very good too.

Everything was perfect!
Every staff member that worked with me was friendly and great communicators. I felt safe and properly informed and cared for by the nursing staff. The lactation consultants were so great and helped me when I needed the support. Truly thankful for the wonderful service the staff provided to my newborn and I during our stay.
To feel from actions taken that the doctor heard what I stated was issue, where pain was coming from.

I came to your emergency room. The ladies came out with a wheel chair and were so nice. They got me in a room right away. Everyone was kind, I had an X-ray and that lady was so kind trying
to not hurt me. I broke my knee cap and they gave us the name of a doctor to call. We were sent home with a walker. I love the fact that I didn't have to sit in a waiting room. They offered me something for pain right away. I love Baylor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Wait time to be taken to an exam room was very reasonable. Actual time in the exam room was a bit long but not extreme.

Baylor Frisco is also my job for over 2years! I actually love the place. The ER is amazing. They made me comfortable & got me feeling better after 1 day of meds!!!
