The preregistration process is unsecured. Have to give credit card infor over the phone?!? What about an app? The amount of personal information collected over the phone is potential risk for fraud. The desk personnel at pre check in are nice but more of the same paperwork. Same paperwork when one is already anxious about a procedure.
Everyone at this hospital is my favorite. From Check in to the surgery to recovery. Thank you guys all for doing such a great job.
The two ladies up front couldn't care any less than they do.
The doctor was abrupt and had no personality whatsoever but was efficient.
Everyone seemed miserable with the exception of the ultrasound gal who was funny, charming and caring.

Your facility is clean and feels very safe. The staff are caring and highly professional. They try to make the patient’s time there as trouble-free and comfortable as possible. I have been treated there several times and always feel well cared for. I prefer Baylor Scott & White, and Frisco is my favorite. Thanks for asking what I think.
