All services are best. Nurses, Doctors are very helpful and good. Food is also delicious.
They were very gentle & nice. And they figured out the problem.
However, every time a family member would go in the hall to request information (or even just water) every nurse/doctor was engaged in a group conversation - they must have been telling jokes because there was a lot of laughter!
I’ve been to this ER a few times. It seems to be going downhill. Being that inattentive to a patient and/or their family is not good.
Granted, I’m not a Dr., but why would you send someone with a badly broken bone and a 10/10 pain level home? I had to be escorted by ambulance to a different ER less than 12hrs later.
Disappointed in you, Baylor Frisco ER!
Staff is absolutely amazing! Just like my last birth everyone was very attentive and super helpful, they are caring and really listen to your needs as a patient and a Mother. Whether that be first time, second, etc . Suzanne the Nursery Nurse was an absolute doll and I’m so thankful for her. Winnie and Latoya, I believe was her name, the lactation consultants, were SO informative and educated me on many things I was not aware of even as a second time breastfeeding Momma.

The doctor acted as though he was scared to touch me. He came in asked me what was wrong didn't touch me barely even came all the way in the room. He didn't look in my mouth, eyes , ears NOTHING!
I had a very pleasant experience. Everything is updated, and very nice and clean. Shout out to Christina in pre-op, Dan and Brandon in PACU phase 1, and Kristy in phase 2. And to the whole OR team! They kept my husband up to date and worked hard to control my pain immediately post-op.

My check in nurse was amazing. She was very kind and made sure I didn't have pain with my IV. She was the perfect nurse and I couldn't have asked for any better. I'm very grateful!

Check in was easy. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was very welcoming. I felt cared for and was taken really good care of.

Very convenient location, staff is very friendly and made things go very smoothly.
Fantastic nursing and auxiliary staff. Round the clock care, positivity and support. Especially appreciated lactation advice (needs to be available every day, though). Use of nursery 24/7. On call pediatrician was positive and efficient- Dr Kumar.

Fully disclose that you are not affiliated with Baylor Scott and White hospitals on websites, media, etc.., Patients should not have investigate or be informed when trying to access services, especially when most vulnerable and preoccupied with heath concerns!
Misleading information and names on websites is very frightening and frustrating!
Baylor Frisco Urgent care staff are always so efficient and compassionate and knowledgeable when they have taken care of me. I am so very thankful for all you do! You all are superheroes !
Baylor Frisco is the best to have a baby. This is the 3rd baby we are having there. The things we missed this time were the nice swaddle, baby's foot print on the shirt and the baby bath tub. These were provided to us for the first 2 babies.
Everyone did a good job explaining what was going to happen.
Everyone was so incredibly kind and courteous to us, it made our stay absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend Baylor Scott and White Frisco to everyone!
