Easy to check in. Took me back to the day surgery area and I was greeted right away and the process started immediately. Everyone w3as extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.
All of the staff was so kind and delivered great care for my experience.
Your physicians are very firm with their proactive attitude toward preventative care. I was reluctant to have a colonoscopy and put it off for 20 years. Fortunately, I don’t have a family history of colon cancer but I was quite lucky my new Baylor doctor insisted on my being tested (in the nicest way) and saw to my scheduling a procedure which was performed 3 days ago. Everyone was helpful from the nurse reminding me what I needed to do in prep. 3 days prior to the checkin nurse at the hospital. The RN was very respectful and understanding and the attending surgeon and anesthesiologist couldn’t have been any nicer. EVERYONE was outstanding. I’ve only been with Baylor Scott & White since October 2023, but I’ve had blood work done, a bone density test, a mammogram, a colonoscopy and physical therapy for my left hand which was operated on in California just before moving to Dallas in May 2023. I’ve never had exemplary care such as this in my entire life.

Everything! Easy to park, easy check-in, free Wi-Fi, good food in the cafeteria, kept me informed about my father's care. The beepers are perfect. Everything happened on schedule, and when I got lost everyone was so nice.
The service was impeccable
Very smoothly run. All questions were answered. Steps for security were well established. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. The facility seemed to be immaculate and state of the art.
Everyone was very helpful and courteious.

Registration went smooth. Beth was friendly and informative. Waiting area was inviting and clean. PreOp RN Emilie was professional, thorough, kind and kept me informed. She made a longer than anticipated time in PreOp peaceful. RN Kristine did an excellent job with inserting the IV and assured I was comfortable. My Anesthesiologist Dr. Scott was professional, assured I understood anesthesia info and was pleasantly humorous which was quite entertaining and, put me at ease. Dr. Alder was awesome. He explained what the procedure would be like, answered all my questions so I had no uncertainty and was through explaining how the procedure went following surgery. Melanie my OR RN was very pleasant and provided all info needed to know what to expect prior to being taken back to the OR and following surgery. After surgery, I woke up in the care of RN Dan. Dan had been my recovery RN in the past and I immediately knew I was in good hands! Dan is calm and pleasant and made the recovery process pleasant. Dan was attentive to my needs and kept me comfortable throughout the discharge process. Excellent teamwork and all assured my fiancé was informed every step of the way.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I am grateful to all for providing care with compassion and kindness!

The front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. I found all of the staff to be personable and friendly.
The Doctor bedside manners were terrible! Very rude and he looked down on me like I wasn’t a human being!He thought I didn’t have insurance but I did.
This doctor needs another profession or stop giving him minorities. I’ll hate to be under his care if I can’t speak for myself.

My experience at Baylor Frisco was amazing. Have been to this facility several times and it never fails to be great care. Lauren, the recovery nurse, and Jill, the pre-op nurse, both did a great job and they were both caring and professional. Dr. LaFerney, the Anesthesiologist was very personable and efficient.
I always request this hospital for procedures and highly recommend to others.
