The two Stairvators have been working reliably daily since installation and address our mobility issues very well. The personnel who installed them and each of them who have provided yearly maintenance have been very professional and knowledgeable about these units and willing to share information on proper and safe operation of the units. I purchased in Arrowlift for my partner over 12 years ago and liked the product at that time. Now I am the one who needs the help managing stairs. The chairlift works very well and is easy to manage. But it is the people you have employed to sell, to install and tomaintain the chairlift that are so impressive. They are respectful, thoughtful, on time, and explain what they are doing and why. Your people are the reason I would recommend your company to others.

The stair lift we had installed in our house is needed for health reasons for my wife but I must say that Todd Frigstad the sales person and Hunter the technical person that installed the chairlift are top-notch people. We have used the chair sparingly but when I’ve used it I like it.
