I talked to four different chair lift companies, and ArrowLift was by far the best, both in product and service.
I was heartsick that I would have to put something utilitarian into my beautiful Victorian house, with its complicated twisting staircase.
This chairlift is so beautiful that it ads to the staircase, with the rails looking like a piece of sclpture chosen to enhance the appearance of the stairwell.

We have enjoyed our elevator for three years now. Have had minor issues with the door not closing. Arrow Lift has addressed it on a timely manner. Annual services were promptly scheduled to take make sure everything is in good condition. We are very happy with both the product and the service. Thank you!
