I am extremely happy with my entire purchase experience. The salesperson who visited my home did an excellent job of determining the kind of installation that would satisfy my needs. He made no attempt to sell me unnecessary options or upscale equipment. The installation team arrived on time and made sure that I understood how to operate the equipment safely. The STANNAH SIENA equipment is impressive and I am thrilled by the many safety features.
Having a stair lift has made life "so much easier" for me. I was getting to the point that I couldn't safely or easily get to our lower level. the stair lift has made such a change in my life. Because I am now able to use both levels of our home, we won't need to think about moving to a single-level home.

We like it, although it is a bit slow. Also one can feel a bumpety, bump when one reaches about the 7th step from the bottom. The installer was very nice.
The product works excellent and the annual maintenance service is well done.
Very easy purchase, was thoroughly trained on how to use it and fix minor malfunctions if they should arise. Got the service plan which has a yearly check up, and we LOVE the elevator. Not just for ease for anyone with issues walking up stairs, but for moving stuff from floor to floor. Made moving in a breeze. We use it all the time! Love it. Thank you!

Very professional and thorough techs, I learn something from the techs each time they come out, but they should make sure they speak with management and not the office staff would be my only complaint. When they speak with management we learn more about our equipment. When they speak with office staff we don't get the message.

Excellent product
The sales person and the installer (Bret and Justin) were pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and explained things in detail.
We have had it for only one week and have had little chance to test it. Our elderly guests on Thanksgiving appreciated using it.
Ask us in a couple of months and we will respond again.
