Arrow lift people worked closely with the builders to make sure the shaft is built according to the plan. Installation of the home elevator was done on a timely manner. When we scheduled one year servicing, the tech arrived on time and made sure everything was working fine.

The stair lift has meant that we could remain living in our two-story townhouse. Both floors are equally accessible with it; we didn't have to move!! The lift has worked very well. Have had no problems with it ever. We do appreciate a yearly maintenance - nice feature.
We like it for taking items to the basement and back up. We like it for the ride it gives.
What we don't like about it is we have had it stop working at least 3 times in the short time we have had it (2 years). Had to have a service person out to fix it. Seemed like a minor thing to fix it. Also the cost of the service contract is outrageous.

We have had two Stairvators for over two years and are pleased with their ease of operation and reliability. They have allowed us to continue enjoying our split level home when mobility issues have occurred. Arrow Lift personnel have been very helpful when they provided yearly maintenance.

I liked the very instructive and understandable evaluation of our home situation, where the chairlift would fit, and what type we needed, as well as a very clear explanation of the costs and installation process. After we made our order, the installer came on time, did a quick and quiet installation, including running the power cord through a closet, and then demonstrated the chairlift use and safety features. He also showed us how to use the remote controls. This was superior work all the way around and I would definitely recommend this to friends and neighbors. Mary Lita Fike, OTR, ret.

I liked that a person came out to measure my stairs and leave some information with me. I called another company and they only asked for a picture of my stairs before they sent me a quote. I appreciated coming to the store so I could try out some of the stairlifts.
