Good service on an essential product!
We have a long flight of stairs to get to the main living area of our home. We plan on staying here as long as possible. So we decided to get a lift now before actually needing one.
The salesman was very helpful in explaining our options and made suggestions that we had not thought of. We ordered the lift and set up an install date for the following week.
The installer did an excellent job and went through all the features and showed us how everything works.
I have used it quite a bit just because it is there. We now send our groceries up on the lift. I used to dread making multiple trips just to carry heavy bags in. I send them up, my wife sends the lift back down.
We plan on making a few other changes to our home to make it more age-friendly.
The maintenance agreement is great. Always feel like you have my back and we won’t be left in the lurch with chairlifts that won’t work.
My lift is checked out semiannualy. and one time when I had a problem, it was attended to immediately - I mean, the same day.
Works great. We should have gotten one sooner!

Josh, who serviced our lift is a professional, competent, and friendly man. In addition, he also re-aligned one of the lift access doors and adjusted the liftgate. Each of those efforts, increased our overall satisfaction with our lift.
We are accommodating to our new Stannah Siena; Having this Stannah product allows us to stay in our home rather than moving to lodgings we might not feel comfortable in.

Excellent product. Well constructed. Solid engineering. Very safe. The only trouble we have is swiveling out at the top of the steps. My husband can't seem to master it. So he just gets out without swiveling around. It's a little awkward, but it works fine.
Brett has been nothing but awesome through this whole time of figuring out what we need. He had us come to the showroom so Tom could try all the chairs so he was able to get what fit him the best. Brett also made arrangements for Andy to take over when he was on vacation so everything went so smooth. Thank you so much, Brett! And thank you Andy!
I also wanted to say that the guy who came to install - I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was the best of the best. He did a fantastic, perfect job of installing the lift and he was the nicest young man ever! Thanks to all of you for making a dream come true for Tom to get outside!
Professional estimating and installation processes. Product quality appears to be very good at this initial stage.
Everything! You push a button for 1-3 floors and it goes directly to that floor post-haste. The noise is minimal inside and imperceptible outside the elevator. We have 3-5 50+ lbs deliveries each month and carrying them downstairs was difficult and always a worry if my back would hold-out. This electric system is efficient, reliable, beautiful and a huge help in our business.

Techs seem to know what they are doing. It does not take long to get an appointment. Techs arrive on time. I think the service contract is rather spendy
Would like the chair to move a little faster. It should have two speeds on it. Otherwise nice smooth ride down and up.

Having installed a chair lift from Arrow, we have been able to remain in our 2-level home. Had we not had one installed, we would have needed to move into a single-level dwelling. We did NOT want to move; we love our home and have for 27 years. The Arrow Lift Chair is such a "saving grace" for us. Works wonderfully.

Very professional and top notch, everything fit perfect from the salesman’s measurements to the factory build. The installation team did a professional job and thorough.
A couple suggestions:
1. Final invoice should be provided sooner. Still have received it.
2. I asked for a quote on a safety if the seatbelt isn’t on.
3. It would have been great to just had a courtesy call from the salesman asking how everything went and if everything was working well.
They did a good job on the installation.
