My technician was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted with items that were outside the normal bounds of a service call. Our phone people did not label cords correctly and he worked to get our elevator back up and running after confusion with other vendors. Just super thankful for a patient and helpful person assisting. I was a bit at my 'end' with trying to get everything working properly and he spent extra time making sure we were good to go.
The chair is very dependable! In the 4 years that I’ve had it , I only have had to have one service call.

I was impressed by the speed of the installation as well as the professionalism of the two young men who did the job. They were efficient as well as cleaning up thoroughly when they were finished. One made sure I understood exactly how the lifts worked as well as explaining the warranty plans.

The Arrow Lift chair installed in our home has been so effective in allowing us to easily use the upstairs and downstairs. It has worked very well. We have appreciated the technicians who do our yearly maintenance. The young man who was here a couple of weeks ago was exceptional.
I had my elevator check up on Feb. 7. I have yet to get a paper copy of my appointment or on line copy. that said I was so impressed with the person that preformed my check up that i left a phone message to your President on all your qualities.

I don't know what I would do without my stair lift, after 2 back surgeries.
The new 760 T is pretty hi tech for us, but I think my husband has learned a lot in dealing with the initial problems. Frank Bianchi was always right on with us, and his successor Chris Nosbush is also looking to be a man we can count on. The service relationships are as important as the quality of the product. We feel betrayed by losing our first burner to corrosion at only ten years, but such is life. We would still recommend your product.
I was very impressed with Todd's flexibility of coming to my mother's house before I had to return to my home in Spokane. He did a great job of describing the options for chairs and promptly sent me contract samples for the 3 options we were considering.
I was also very impressed that the chairs were installed within a week of my first contact with Arrow.
One thing I would recommend is that the service contract options be discussed at the same time that the costs for the chairs are discussed, rather than at the time of installation.

Safety and ease of operation!
Superb stairlift!. Measurements taken for 13 steps to intermediate landing, then, allowing for curve, 2 additional steps to 2nd floor landing. Photographs taken of entire setup; then sent to Great Britain for manufacture. When project completed, two (2) technicians arrived for installation. From time of arrival, to unloading and assembling, exactly 90 minutes had elapsed, with exceptional quietness throughout process. Courtesy was prime. Completed installation a thing of beauty and precision. We have had two (2) annual maintenance appointments, each by a different individual, both of whom were personal and informative. Maintenance was swift and sure and precise--I know, for I watched--and nothing was omitted from inspection, application, and cleanliness. A we well-cared for? You bet! And you will be also, if you deem their product needful for your limitations.

Beautiful and efficient and reliable chair lift system. It enhanced the architecture of our house. Care was taken in measuring and the installation was flawless. Our lift climbs three floors.
