What do you like about our products and services?

The sales person and the installer (Bret and Justin) were pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and explained things in detail.
We have had it for only one week and have had little chance to test it. Our elderly guests on Thanksgiving appreciated using it.
Ask us in a couple of months and we will respond again.

Listened to our needs. Evaluated stairs. Arranged prompt installation. Installer did neat install with careful cleanup and thorough training on safe use of lifts. AAA service.

The one going up to the upper level is great! The lower one is on a stair that is too narrow, so we are having that one removed. Not anyone's fault - just won't work

The salesman answered my questions, discussed used equipment, and asked me when I would like him to check in. this was far better than a competitor, who called constantly after the visit.
