The Arrow lift installer arrived on time, explained the install process, and got to work right away. After he completed the stair installation he provided a thorough demonstration on the features and functions of the stair lift. We have been pleased with the investment so far.

Installers were courteous when my wife objected with the lift half way installed, took it out, and came back the next week to do it again after she was coerced.

I like having our elevator checked twice every year as part of our maintenance plan contract with Arrow Lift. I especially like to have technician josh perform the maintenance as he is very knowledgeable, thorough and competent.

You always call me when it is time to have the lift checked out. I would probably forget. And the fact that you check it at all is a big plus, There are other appliances and working things in my house that could use a good check-up and service. But I never hear from those companies.

Our installer Devin did a great job installing the stairlift. Looks and works well. He explained how the lift worked and gave us a demonstration. Only one small complaint, he filled a box up with the leftover trash and didn’t take that with him when he left. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the install and product. Thanks much.
Brett Torfin has been so great to work with. Perfectly understood our needs. The Stannah stairlift and the VPL lift work perfectly and have made life so much easier not only for my husband but also for me. Thank you!

I shouldn't have waited for my brother to do with me. Brett was accommodating when I called to see the difference between the lifts. I originally contacted arrow about an elevator so it is good you have elevators or I wouldn't have found you . It is great to have the 3 brand choices of lifts

Great salesman and installer! My only slightly negative on the product is the unloading at the top of the stairs. I feel the lift should go a little farther onto the hall surface to make getting off the lift a little easier.
