The installer was very pleasant, and took the time before the installation to explain to me exactly what he would be doing. He did a great job, and I am very much enjoying not having to go up and down the steep staircase!

The work was done on time (as promised) and done very professionally by a young man who did an excellent job. The installation technician is a credit to the quality of the company and it's product. We are very happy with the lift and it is a great aide to my wife.
We are very satisfied with the product, but a little mystified on the billing process for the maintenance program. The day after the maintenance, we received a bill for the maintenance which we had paid in full weeks earlier through the maintenance program. Why this discrepancy?
