This is the best bike store in the city. The sales people, particularly Chelsea, are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. They offer personalized and friendly service.

West Point Cycles has been a valuable local bike shop with good products and capable mechanics. Service times can be problematic due to being a smaller shop and located in a heavily populated area with lots of bikers. Best is avoiding the busy season when possible so plan ahead.

I’ve only experienced quality products and service! Sarah, and the staff exude a neighbourhood friendly mannerism, which I love! And the main reason I feel comfortable returning to their store. No matter how small my problems seem, I appreciate the staffs unpretentious attitude!
