Chelsea got my bike in to the mechanic on the spot; the repairs were made quickly and well. I am currently much happier with the mechanical service at Kerrisdale than West 10th.

Everybody's friendly, and knows bikes. And the bikes themselves are great. I bought a Trek Checkpoint ALR 5, which is a really fun ride.

The person that helped us was super friendly and eager to serve. He helped my son and I buy a pump and change a seat - just great service from him and that’s what’s the most important for me. In the past - maybe two or three years ago I did not have such a great experience in your store. This young man made our day.
