I have known and worked with Chelsea for a number of years and she has always provided excellent service and advice. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy going into the store because we know we will be well taken care of.

You were great help, and went the distance in helping me with learning about the cycle trainer I bought, and also offered me a discount on my purchase. At the same time - you took care of a couple of other things on my bike. Chelsea was the main person that helped me out and took care of me. THANK YOU.

Communication and execution was excellent. A new wheel and tire were more expensive that what I’d hoped on a lower scale Trek bike but i needed a solution. My perception was expensive but was very happy with the service and staff.

Your people in Kerrisdale are very helpful and responsive. I came first thing on a Sunday morning, got the service I needed (trainer tire onto my road bike wheel) and was on my way in about 15 or 20 minutes.
