I have dealt with Chelsea at the Kerrisdale store for a number of years. She is great with advice and interested in making sure that I get what I need. And all of the people I deal with there are knowledgeable and helpful. it is my local bicycle shop and I always shop there and get my bikes serviced there. I have never been disappointed.

James the mechanic did a great - great job on my bike. Friendly sales staff who try to get the parts you need. Got great advice on buying a floor pump - so much better than a hand pump. E-mail/text updates to your service pick-up and parts arrival. Who could wish for more. I am very happy with WP Kerrisdale, thanks everyone. First name removed

Bikes have always been serviced well. They always try to accommodate in a timely manner- though appointment times are lengthy in the summer. Nice variety of bikes and accessories. Would be nice to carry Sugoi clothing.
