Very friendly and very detailed description of the service provided by email. Also went ahead to correct the malfunctions which were not noticed by me....so nice.

What do you like about our products and services?

Communication and execution was excellent. A new wheel and tire were more expensive that what I’d hoped on a lower scale Trek bike but i needed a solution. My perception was expensive but was very happy with the service and staff.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your people in Kerrisdale are very helpful and responsive. I came first thing on a Sunday morning, got the service I needed (trainer tire onto my road bike wheel) and was on my way in about 15 or 20 minutes.
