I really enjoyed meeting with the floor representative whom quickly realized that I would benefit with speaking with another staff member.
I was introduced to James one of the mechanics whom I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to speak with.
James is very knowledgeable and is able to understand my needs and desires for finding the right bike.
I look forward to returning to trial the bike identified on my visit

Staff are friendly and helpful and seem knowledgeable. Also, when I asked about bringing my bike in to be worked on, I received an honest assessment of when the bike would be ready. As this was after I needed the bike for an event, I thanked staff who suggested I could try another location as their wait times tend to be shorter.
I also think the products, including winter cloves for rode riding are good quality.

We were in to PGC in Kerrisdale yesterday. The service we received from
Chelsea and James was EXCELLENT ( as always ). There was a problem with
First name removed’s bike and James promptly fixed it as we were on our way to NV for a birthday
lunch. We are so appreciative of the service we receive as we are only a few years
into riding and pepper the staff with questions as we are still learning.
