Chelsea and everyone else here have always made helpful recommendations. I've feel like I'm getting an honest opinion about when something's worth a bit more of an investment and why, and also about what kinds of maintenance & installations are realistic for me to DIY vs. worth leaving to the pros. Shop feels welcoming to folks of all levels, which is appreciated.
