Always helpful and informative. No pressure sales. Great service on the two bikes I’ve bought in the last four years and on my thirty year old bike I was riding up to that point. Chelsea and all the staff are great and I’ve been in customer service for more than thirty years so I know what I’m talking about.

The team were great in keeping me updated with the status of my service. My bike was repaired with care and attention. Also the technician ensured that the adjustments made to my bike were the correct according to my needs. Thank you so much.
