Service is careful, bikes hoisted up on a frame for review before service is written up. I feel they care about my safety, my knowledge and took the time twice now to get me on the right bike.
The atmosphere inside the store is casual, in a neighbourhood kind of way.
The technician that comes up from his work space is knowledgeable so i have learned to truss his judgement about what needs repair or a part that would give me more comfort. The sales staff are okay on that end. I seldom have heard a sales pitch on clothing or gloves but they do know about helmets.
So, i salute West Point Cycles for being a long standing, reliable, friendly, excellent service bike shop just along the Arbutus corridor.
