I thought the transaction very easily. Sara was accommodating and easy to work with. She knew her stuff and I was grateful for that. She gave suggestions for add on's but did not push me to buy anything I did not need.

You've done a great job figuring out how to continue providing service to the cycling community (and keep some staff employed!) during these challenging times . My bike was booked in for a basic service, the issues it had were resolved and the bike was ready sooner than expected.
