During these COVID times, I find shopping to be rather challenging and time consuming. Despite these challenges for both customer and store, West Point Cycles in Kerrisdale is making a valiant effort. I've visited this location several times over the last week, each time having to join a fairly lengthy line to wait to speak to someone. When arriving at the front of the line, I was consistently met with a friendly and positive staff member who took the time to figure out not only my needs, but that of my 9 year old daughters as well. Hats off to the folks here during these challenging times

Tim was extremely helpful in helping us decide which bike best suited our needs. His experience, honesty, and patience (we had LOTS of questions!!) was very much appreciated!

When we picked up our bikes, we were also able to outfit them with all the necessary "accourements". It was great to have this "one-stop" shopping available.

Despite the challenges of surging demand for bikes, West Point was great in telling me exactly what to expect in terms of getting my bike serviced, including how much time it would take and the estimated cost for the work. They delivered exactly as promised. The personnel at the Kerrisdale location are outstanding and always have a friendly and professional manner in dealing with customers. I'm a fan and I'll be back.
