The staff were efficient, but still incredibly warm, amidst the chaos of COVID bike repairs! When I came back to collect my bike, the person who helped me (regrettably I didn't notice their name) remembered which bike I had left two weeks previously, and was quick to order in some additional gear I was looking to purchase.

I had neglected some much-needed replacements and repairs on my bike through my financially tight student years, but the staff here did a wonderful job making it good as new again, and it's riding smoothly and carrying my faithfully around this beautiful city.

Excellent service and range of products. Especially appreciate Tim, who made it a wonderful experience and took the time to ensure we had all the information we needed to buy the right bike. Pickup was also very smooth with other staff members, especially given extra measures taken for safety during the pandemic. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back for any future needs.

Westpoint Cycles is the very best bicycle shop in Vancouver. The service it top shelf and sales team are excellent and informative. We never fell rushed and their team deliver on their promises.
