I have purchased a number of bikes at West Point over the years as well as having my bikes serviced from time to time. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent visit was for my eBike servicing, which was completed quickly; my bike feels and runs like new. But this rating is also for the Kerrisdale store manager Bob who went to great lengths so solve a missing store credit that didn't show up in the system. It is simply fantastic customer service that you don't get very often in retail stores. Thank you!

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They listen well and aren’t pushy about selling products in the store. My recent ebike purchase with them was effortless on my part and comprehensive on theirs.. Everything including registering my new bike for it’s warranty was taken care of. I would like to know if it's possible to purchase a tool to take off a wheel when I have a puncture. The kit for the Trek bike costs $40 and I only need the one item.

Friendly and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable as a newbie E - cyclist asking questions and everyone took the time to answer and make very good suggestions.

Fast turnaround but most important went over things with me first and then did a great job and the bike came back in pristine condition

I was pleased that the technician was able to repair my brake quickly and correctly in spite of the fact that it was an e-bike that you do not carry/in your inventory. The last technician was unwilling even to look at this bike as it was not a bike that is in your inventory-this technician was helpful and willing to do the adjustment as he said the brake cable is standard on most bikes and there is not much difference between the manufacturers. It is good to have a local shop to do minor adjustments as the nearest VanMoof service centre is in Seattle. Often it is just a minor issue-or tires etc.

The sales and service are great. The only problem I have is that no one EVER answers the phone. This has been a problem since Covid and to this day No one EVER will pick up the phone which is annoying for customers such as ourselves who come all the way from South Delta and sometimes need to check on stock or ask other questions - forcing us to drive for an hour and a half round trip plus gas cost. Please get your associates to start providing the custmer service that is required.
