ALWAYS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
Staff are attentive, positive, and could answer all my questions . They helped with lights, shoes, bike rack, pump, computer hand ware questions and got me out on a test ride to find the right size all in 30 minutes. Efficient service.

I have purchased a number of bikes at West Point over the years as well as having my bikes serviced from time to time. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent visit was for my eBike servicing, which was completed quickly; my bike feels and runs like new. But this rating is also for the Kerrisdale store manager Bob who went to great lengths so solve a missing store credit that didn't show up in the system. It is simply fantastic customer service that you don't get very often in retail stores. Thank you!
