I appreciate the helpful staff with the services they have provided me since I purchased my Trek bicycle some 4 years ago. From yearly tuneups to more urgent repairs ( broken spokes ) the staff have been very helpful and accommodating.
In addition, their selection of bicycle accessories is excellent and the prices are very competitive. This along with the very knowledgeable staff makes the shopping experience easy and I walk away knowing I have have an excellent product.

Okay to share comment, but not my name.

Excellent service. Staff actually takes time to explain things properly and that means alot with the price of bikes and parts nowadays. The only issue I have with this store is that no one ever seems to answer the phones (EVER) and that is annoying for those of us that live far from the store and want to check inventory or ask questions at that store. Recently I had to call their sister store on West 10th for them to confirm inventory at that store in kerrisdale - which is ironic and ridiculous. This has been an issue for the past three years and something should be done about it.
