Matt was very accommodating and patient in working with me to customize the bike set up to my geometry. The effort is greatly appreciated as it fits like a glove and have logged many km’s since.

The 1 month adjustment was also appreciated as it made a big difference to the brake lever travel and smoother shifting (before I brought it in, I had to keep increasing tension in the rear derailleur - cable stretch).

The staff is experienced, friendly and accommodating.
I am very happy with my bike and helmet. It would be nice if there are more reasonably priced helmet options.

Technically the store was closed for the afternoon but the sales staff saw me on the sidewalk and asked what I needed help with. I told him all I needed was a helmet and he quickly found me a great option, took the time to let me try it on at the door , and then gave me a discount. Great service ! Appreciated all the extra effort.

Great to be able to get my bike worked on during these complicated times! Great turnover time and other than a small lineup at the door an easy safe drop off and pickup.
