Great service and knowledge regarding products. Have a few minor observations and will attend at store to address:
1. Front and rear reflectors for my bike (Steve) were inadvertently missed when bike assembled (understandable give all the other items being added to the bike).
2. There are two scratches on the rear rack that I would like to bring to your attention to ensure no potential for rust (perhaps just needs a little touch up paint).
3. Since rear light added to fender of bide there was no need to use the strap associated with the light for mounting elsewhere. Would like strap as a spare in case any need in the future to mount somewhere besides fender. (my wife got her strap but mine was missed in the process).
Again, no complaints about service or responsiveness to needs, these are minor points for clarification on my next visit to the store. Thanks for all your capable help!
