I purchased an electric bicycle with an electronic rear hub from another bicycle shop. The bike didn't shift properly from the time I purchased it. I returned with the bike to the original shop 5 times. Each time I returned, the owner and repair tech were more confrontational. They refused to give credence to my explanation of the problem.

In frustration I brought the bike to West Point on 10th. I explained the issue to the tech and left the bike with him. When I picked up the bike, he explained that he'd contacted the manufacturer and made adjustments per their recommendations. That was two years ago and my EVO Fastway 7.0 has been trouble free ever since. The service was terrific and reasonably priced. Any forthcoming servicing will be done at West Point.

Service was good and they found a solution quickly and fixed it while I waited.

My bike has just been serviced. The technician who I spoke to when I handed in the bike was attentive and seemed to be well qualified. The long standing problem has been fixed and the result was excellent.
If only there were more staff so that the waiting times for servicing the bike could be shorter.

Service is always great. Whenever I have a hard finding a part the guys on west 10th always come through. Also bought a defective trainer from them a few years ago but they were great trying to get it fixed.

I have been so impressed with WestPoint Cycles especially during Covid. They were one of the very few bike shops that had inventory in stock.

Very happy with my new Trek Emonda SL5. It's about to close when I go to the store, while all guys are very nice and patient. It would be better if they can do bike fitting.
