This is my 3rd Trek bike I have bought.Their Service is impeccable….they go out of their way to fit you with the right bike.They will let you test ride any bike you are interested in and there is no pressure to buy one.Nothing is too much for them and they answer any questions or concerns you may have and you never feel rushed or if you are being a nuisance.You will not leave their store feeling less than anything but confident and if any unexpected issues arrive you know they are only a phone call or text away and they will be addressed to promptly .. It is a very busy store so it’s best to go when your not in a hurry..only so many customers they can help at the same time:)

Just one comment. I was in yesterday and spoke to 2 fellows, both of whom were much less knowledgeable about biking and your stock than your staff usually is.

I'm guessing you are taking on new staff as the weather and business improves, but there was a noticeable drop off from your usual knowledge level to the new guys.

On fellow had no concept of tire sizing and your stock. He also didn't understand the relative pricing of bike lights. The other also struggled with tire sizing.

The staff was super helpful in trying to find me the right cycling shoe.

Good staff. Store was busy when I went in but I felt that staff attended to both my needs as well as other customers needs in a quick and efficient manner while establishing solid customer relationships. Team is lead by a great manager who got their hands dirty and teach staff on the job.

I needed tires that I was told were hard to find - 27 x 1 1/4. You had them and shipped them to me very quickly for a reasonable cost. Thank you!
