I got help right away even though the shop was busy. He just helped two of us at the same time and was polite about it when he switched back and forth. The only problem is that it's not part of my community and i believe in supporting local. (North Delta) I would recommend to my customers that live in that area that are interested in bikes when the conversation naturally goes that direction.

I ordered a Shimano BB-ES51 Octalink V2 Bottom Bracket, which the web site indicated was in stock. Ten days or so after placing the order you wrote back to say "Nope, not in stock but we do have a used out of box BB". You offered a 15% refund, which I accepted and we all lived happily ever after.

Overall, quite satisfied.
