Absolutely amazing staff and service. I hear it's the best place to work. I was a little concerned as I heard that the owner sometimes gives away customers bikes with a "Free" sign on them ... I'm sure they're just vicious rumours!

This was my first time in the shop I was very impressed with the store layout and cleanliness. Along with the friendly service and the speedy repair of my bike the staff took the time to explain what was wrong and what service was completed. My bike was repaired to my complete satisfaction. The bike is amazing, the service was really great. They let me pay for bike in two chunks because it was easier for me financially, and they helped me put my bike on my terrible bike rack that didn't really fit the bike but they made it happen so I could take it home that day.
