Super friendly staff, first time I met them I wanted to buy some cables and ended up with a totally restrung and tuned up bike! In the past let me in and made me a coffee on a rainy day, recently broke into a secret stash of the coolest helmets to get me exactly what I was looking for! Never had to wait for service. Bike part prices are comparable to shopping online. I like that they keep detailed notes in the system, and on the receipt for work done and potential work in future based on components check. When I bought 2 kids bikes, they suggested locking hubs so the kids wouldn't have to keep taking off the front wheel to lock it. Friendly to boot.
