Service staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I took my bike in for a Level 2 service and tire/tube replacement. They were great at presenting me with tire options that fit both my bike and my use of it. Service and tire change were completed the next day, and the bike is working perfectly.

I recently purchased a Verve + 3. Mike was extremely helpful with the original bike purchase and a subsequent purchase of accessories. The fellows doing the adjustments were skilled and pleasant. The store has a nice feel to it.
