He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as what I needed to do to reassemble it when I got to my destination. I was looking for a stem for my Trek Boone 7. I found a stem online but I wasn't certain it would fit so I contacted the Kingston Trek store online. They were helpful in finding one that would fit and held it for me since I live quite a ways from Kingston. It fit perfectly and was a reasonable price.
