Never had to wait for service. Bike part prices are comparable to shopping online. I like that they keep detailed notes in the system, and on the receipt for work done and potential work in future based on components check. When I bought 2 kids bikes, they suggested locking hubs so the kids wouldn't have to keep taking off the front wheel to lock it. Friendly to boot.

Trek Bicycle Kingston is quite simply THE BEST!! Knowledgeable friendly staff, clean organized store and top notch service. If the product you are looking for in not in stock it is ordered in with absolutely no hesitation. A wonderful comfortable atmosphere that makes it so much fun to shop! Super friendly staff, first time I met them I wanted to buy some cables and ended up with a totally restrung and tuned up bike! In the past let me in and made me a coffee on a rainy day, recently broke into a secret stash of the coolest helmets to get me exactly what I was looking for! Could not possibly ask for better service!
