Trek was fantastic, from initial conversations, to drop-off, and to pick-up.

All my concerns / questions were noted ahead of time during my initial phone call. Drop-off was very easy, and service timing was reasonable. When picking up, my receipt included all the details of the work done (+notes), and a mechanic was also available to walk me through the changes and give some more detailed explanations.

Liked the small details (e.g. text message saying service was done and the receipt with mechanics notes).

Great staff, will come back to Trek for other bike needs in the future.

The store is organized and easy to be in. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. They’re following protocol for Covid19, and even though we had to make an appointment to go in, I did not feel rushed to get in and out. I was given freedom to take a bike for a test ride, and ultimately purchased a new and fun ebike! Which they delivered to me in Westport! Great service all round.

I am very happy with my purchase. I was so pleased with how kind all the staff were. Everyone knew what they were talking about and made my experience that much better. I can't wait to come back in the future to fix up my bike if I need it. Thank you for all the kind help!

The amazing staff

Leanne took a personal interest in my situation and asked questions about the type of riding I would do etc and made the suggestion for the type of bike I would like. It was not in store at the time but because of the personal connection I made with her via emails, I waited to hear from her when the bike was available. I did not look for other options. She nailed it. My Verve is perfect for me. She spent time during my test ride adjusting the seat, teaching me the gears. The whole experience went off without a hitch. I love my Verve, and would highly recommend your business.

The staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating!! Despite not knowing I needed an appointment during Covid, a staff member was able to assist me with shoes, and get what I came to the store specifically for. There concern for customer safety was at the top of their list. Worth the drive downtown for your bike needs!
