The Trek store in Kingston provide great customer service and support, for both bikes bought there and others that you may need support with. They are super busy at the moment and products are short, but they communicate all these issues promptly. Retail staff and mechanics are great.

service was helpful and friendly.
during this pandemic even thou were in stage 3 they are keeping the doors locked and doing curb side pick up or call for appointment. which i didnt mind you can email or call for appointments or questions. they get back to you within the day or early morning the next day. made buying a bike very easy. i got in set up with the bike i wanted and out quickly. all questions answered.

i went with the farley 7 , a mountain bikers fat bike

its a smooth ride fun too. the drop seat is a god sent for climbing and going down hill or just even a casual ride down the road. frame is light weight but very solid. seats alittle uncomfortable but manageable . love the fact the tires are stud able for those who wish to ride in the winter months. all and all very happy with my purchase .
