Oh gosh, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I had a bunch of unrelated questions and multiple people, experts in each one, easily and chattily answered my questions and solved my bike problems. I bought my bike at the Trek store 2 years ago and have been a customer for decades, and always get great service.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. Very quick and excellent service. Mu husband loves his Trek bike. We have already recommended Trek Kingston to friends🙂

Trek is a great brand. I also appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly service. On top of this, I have been impressed to see so many women working at your shop. I think all forms of diversity are to be commended and it makes for a more accessible and well-rounded customer experience. Kudos.

5 years ago I was shopping for a new bike to alleviate shoulder pain that started after 2 hours on a bike . I made the rounds of the local bike shops trying to compare apples to apples as much as possible. The owners of the Trek store in Kingston, Ontario bent over backwards to make that happen. They set up a Domane to the measurements of my old bike and put my wheel set on then let me have the demo bike for a weekend so I could get in some long rides.
This interaction led to joining the in-store winter spin classes with the infamous spin sisters and has developed into a wonderful on going relationship with staff. Service is always prompt, competent and friendly and it is a pleasure to have a brick and mortar store where you can actually talk to knowledgeable people and handle/see/try on physical products.
Still happily riding the virtually trouble free,Domane. (Good you changed the bottom bracket on the newer models) . The Bontrager flare series of lights are brilliant. Just finishing the third summer on Aeolus Pro 3 full carbon wheels with zero issues.
Small bug bear. Bought a bontrager elite small seat bag. The velcro straps are too long and often rub on my cycling shorts if I don't adjust them just right and the elastic seat post strap has partially torn after one summer of use.
All in all still a pleased Trek store/bontrager product customer
