Highly Incredibly skilled, knowledgable and friendly staff, the only shop in Vancouver that could fix my front brake calliper as I tried at least four other shops before finding them. And now I will be very loyal to this specific location and company. Good selection of parts, accessories, and bikes. Fast turn around on service.

Attention to detail is important ... last service required bar tape to be unwrapped and then wrapped again when shift cable was replaced. It was obvious that the right side bar tape did not end on the same start/end spot as the left hand side when the bike was picked up. I will live with it or rewrap it myself if I find that I can't stand it.
