Our experience purchasing a bike for our daughter at Westpoint couldn’t have gone better, Fiona was excellent at sizing the bike for my daughter and helping her find the one that suited her the best while also keeping it fun and engaging for an 8 year old. She did a great job explaining the bike to her and also making us aware of the various promotions and options that could be added to take advantage of the 15% off with new bike purchase. We now have a very happy birthday girl who has been off on her bike every day since she got it. It’s the reason we keep coming back to WP for all our bike needs.

Good group. Friendly, knowledgeable and been around a long long time. The shop is well stocked. For items not in stock, they can get quickly from one of their other shops in town.

Staff were friendly and helpful both when I dropped my bike off, and picked it up. I appreciated being able to have my bike repaired/adjusted within 48hour compared to 2-3 weeks I was quoted elsewhere.

I bought a jacket that was on sale and needed it before the 24th, so I opted to do a pick up at Main St. I was so happy to see that Raine was working there as I know them from the West 10th location near my house. As always great service and cycling chats.

I ordered the wrong pannier bags as they were too small for my needs. I checked on your website and you had them in stock at your main street. I went there and the clerk quickly and efficiently helped me return and then purchase the larger ones. He was very knowledgeable and the process was quick and efficient. I was very satisfied.

Andrew went out of his way to find me a tire in time for a trip that I am taking. I trust what your people say and do.

Mark and the West Point team at Main Street are the best. I could sometimes save a few dollars by doing it myself or bringing our bikes somewhere else but the extra expense is worth it.

The staff here are just amazing. I’ve been in on a few occasions (the store is always busy) and the team still manages to do such an amazing job of taking care of their customers.
