The service at West Point Cycles is simply outstanding. As part of a recent purchase of an e-bike, Randy considered all aspects of my bike’s fit and how I would use it, in ways that I would never have thought to consider or request. I considered a buying another brand, but the service at WPC was the deciding factor in my choice.

The customer service we have received at West Point has been top notch and consistent across all the staff we interacted with. They are knowledgeable and kind, making sure we have the exact right fit for our ten year olds bike. They always went the extra mile when it came to getting things right, brining in multiple test bikes to try, as well as getting all the accessories installed and the bike adjusted to make sure it was perfect. Even when we had a quick link issue, they replaced the chain and made things right. The service and products from West Point are top notch and I will be happily recommending them to friends and family (we were sent there by family who had a similar great experience!)
