Service is excellent. All service people on the floor are knowledgeable, they listen, are patient, and no request is too small. I always feel like their focus is on me until I basically have nothing else to ask or get done. If I have had issues, complete efforts are made to rectify them as soon as possible.

Friendly service. The staff really did their best to get my bike up and running. My back wheel was toast, so I wouldn't have been able to ride. But they got it installed the same day, despite a back-log of service requests. I'll be back.

Andrew was very informative, able to suggest different options, made sure that my bike fitted me and I was comfortable and happy with it all. That part of the service was terrific.
The transfer from one store to another has not gone smoothly. i am waiting for the charger and such to come in to Main Street.

The shopping experience was great from the first time I walked in to the shop to picking up my new bike a couple of months later. I had been to a few other shops in the city when shopping around for my new bike and found the sales staff either generally uninterested, or pushy of more expensive items than I was looking for.

I found everyone I’ve dealt with at West Point to be honest, super helpful and genuine! I will 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike or accessories. Thanks again for the great experience.

Everyone was very knowledgeable, deeply accommodating, and seemed genuinely interested in delivering a really great experience.
