The young lady who waited on me was very customer-oriented. She helped answer my questions and took her time showing me possible solutions. I ended up buying a bike light and a cargo net. I will come back again when I’m biking in the area.

Can’t say enough about Eric, Rick,Jeff, and Sophia. They are all so nice and attentive when you come in. They make sure they answer your questions and Jeff pays a lot of attention to detail when he’s working on your bike. They sell quality bikes and accessories. The staff attends classes and gives classes, plus they have weekly rides. Their shop in Lexington is on a super nicely paved bike trail.
