I picked up my bike today and I felt I should have taken a test ride to make sure everthing was working okay before I took it home but the young lady working didn't offer it. So sure enough once I got the bike home had to put air in both tires Which I felt should had been done at the shop.
On my test ride through my neighborhood the chain was rubbing against something and making noise so I thought why did they not test ride my bike before I picked it up??? I must say after paying close to $700.00 for my bike which was brand new I am not a HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I suggest in the future you do mandatory bike test rides before customers pick up their bikes so they don't have to make a second trip back to your shop to get something fixed.

I absolutely love the trade program. I started buying the Trek brand for myself, and when my son was about 3-4 years old, we bought him a Trek bike as well. My son is 7 now and we traded his little blue one for a big boy red Trek, we added a bell, a drink holder, and a light for night riding. We also purchased a helmet with magnetized clips! Prevents those awful pinches from a traditional buckle on a kiddos helmet. We were able to apple a credit from the blue trek, and get the red trek, as a sort of “grow with me” type program. The layaway program is a life saver. Thank you YNOT!!

There was miscommunication on my visit.
I was told I would be called when repairs complete. Two weeks later I called and was told my repairers were scheduled for completion two weeks later. The next day I received auto communication my repairs were completed and please pick up bike ASAP. Confusing

I went to shop for a product that I had already decided was likely to be more than what I was willing to spend. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable sales person who quickly not only showed me a version of the product I wanted at a price I was willing to pay but also introduced me to a very useful additional feature on this product that I didn’t even know existed.

I'm visiting family in Mansfield and decided it would be nice to cycle the B&O Trail. The Y-Not Cycling & Fitness bike rentals are affordable and convenient. The rental process was quick and easy. I plan to return as often as possible while I'm in Mansfield.

Eric's the best! Although he wasn't onsite the day I visited, our whole family enjoys seeing him.

The products were perfect for what I needed. The service was excellent. I needed quite a few different parts for different bikes and the salesman walked me through every part of the store where I was needed and showed me all I needed and what was recommended.
