Speed and service.

We had a very good experience with YNOT CYCLING. We were out of state and emailed them to see if they could do a retrofit to one of our Catrike. They got back quickly and said they could do this and ordered an expensive retrofit kit without and down payment or credit card information.
They were very professional and prompt with the retrofit.
Now just waiting for the weather to get better.

Y-Not cycling did awesome job with my old mountain bike. They gave it a tune-up and new tires and pedals and it is like new again.

I needed a specific gravel tire that wasn't in stock. I placed my order at the shop. The tire was obtained and installed by the end of the next day. That's excellent, prompt service!
The staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for by presenting different options and explaining the pros and cons of each. I'm looking forward to a much more comfortable ride the next time I use my stationary bike at home. I'll definitely be back!

Has met my cycling needs and provided services and parts to me for decades. They work on all my bicycles regardless of brand or age. They provide the best deals when I've purchased new Trek several times. I look forward to purchasing something ebike, trike, or etrike next time so I can continue pedaling. This Trek Marlin 8 should do well for a few years. Maybe a Marlin plus electric bike next time?
